Internal Support
Priced per agent — team members who actively work in the ticket queue. Ticket submitters and request approvers are free.
Agents = people who resolve tickets (IT, HR, ops staff). Approvers (managers who only approve/reject requests) are free. If a manager also works in the queue, they need an agent seat.

Can I use only some modules?
Yes. Enable only what you need. If you only need HRMS, you pay only for HRMS. Each module is fully independent.
What counts as an "HR user" in ATS?
Anyone who actively uses the hiring dashboard — recruiters, HR managers, hiring coordinators. Interviewers who only give feedback are not billed. One login per person; credentials cannot be shared.
What is an "agent" in Service Desk?
An agent is someone who actively works in the ticket queue — they can be assigned tickets, manage queues, and resolve requests. Employees who only submit tickets are always free. Managers who only approve or reject requests are also free — approval is a workflow action, not an agent role.
Can managers approve requests without an agent seat?
Yes. Any manager in your company can be an approver on a ticket without needing an agent seat. An approver receives a notification, reviews the request, and clicks approve or reject — that's it. They don't get access to the agent dashboard or queue. If a manager also actively resolves tickets themselves, they would need an agent seat for that work.
Are prices shown inclusive of GST?
No. All listed prices are exclusive of GST. GST at 18% is applied on top and shown separately in the calculator below.
How does billing work?
Billed monthly based on active users in each module. You can add or remove seats any time. No annual lock-in unless you choose yearly billing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. All modules include a free trial period. No credit card required to start.
Everything in a module is included at the flat per-unit rate.
